I'd say the Recruitment process was very friendly and extremely supportive the team always had time to speak to me and offer support and advice throughout the process, the interview was thorough, but I was made to feel very relaxed. On starting in my position, I was given a really good induction and made to feel welcome and part of a team from minute one!
